1. Informational & Navigation Tool

PA Hunter is an independent navigational and spatial assistance tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of the Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) or the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR).

Hunters are solely responsible for knowing and verifying current state wildlife regulations, seasons, property boundaries, and harvest reporting obligations as defined by the PGC.

2. Subscriptions & Lifetime Access

• Annual Pass ($19.99/year): Renews automatically through Apple App Store or Google Play until cancelled by the user at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Lifetime Pass ($99.99 one-time): Grants access to current mapping layers and core features for the lifecycle of the application.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

GPS navigation, terrain lines, and boundary approximations should never be solely relied upon in life-critical navigation situations. Always carry backup navigational tools when entering remote areas.
