Location Data: PA Hunter accesses your device's precise location (GPS) solely to calculate legal shooting hours, render offline maps, provide navigation bearings, and display spatial boundaries (WMU, County, Township, DMAP units). Location data is processed locally on your device and is not sold or tracked across third-party networks.
Waypoint Data: Waypoints, marked locations, and trail logs are stored locally on your device unless explicitly shared by you via SMS or personal export.
We utilize mapping tiles and spatial datasets (such as ESRI, USGS, and OpenStreetMap). When requesting map tiles over a live internet connection, standard network requests are processed to fetch map data.
All in-app purchases (Annual Pass or Lifetime Pass) are billed and processed directly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store or process your credit card information directly.
